He was rescued from a municipal pound in terrible condition, so thin that his ribs were visible. With time and care Rum has become a very affectionate boy who has regained his trust in people.
He gets along well with other dogs and is now ready for a forever home where he can share his gentle, loving nature and get the chance to shine.
