DETAILS: Aki – The Last of the A Litter Looking for His Forever Home

Aki is a beautiful boy and the last remaining pup from our gorgeous “A” litter – a real little bunch of allsorts! He looks very much like a mini Border Collie, with the sweetest, most alert face that makes him look like he should be out herding sheep.

Aki is a shy and sensitive soul who will need a calm, patient home where he can truly blossom at his own pace. He would really benefit from living with another gentle, confident dog who can show him what it means to feel safe and loved. He enjoys playing one-on-one with another dog, but too many canine friends at once can leave him feeling overwhelmed.

He absolutely adores his toys. In fact, he’ll patiently wait until his favourite toy becomes available, then quietly take it away to enjoy on his own – it’s very sweet to watch.

At this stage, we feel Aki would be best suited to a home with older children. We’ve seen no aggression from him at all, but as he can be skittish, we wouldn’t want him to feel worried or unsure if a younger child were to suddenly grab a toy or move too quickly around him.

Aki just needs someone willing to give him time, patience, and understanding. In the right home, this lovely boy will truly shine.
