Brownie lived out in the fields with Mama Dog and their five puppies. He was everything a devoted dad and partner could be—watching over his little family, protecting them, and making sure they were safe before thinking of himself.

While Mama Dog and the puppies were rescued, Brownie was simply too frightened to let anyone near him. He spent four long months alone, with his rescuers returning time and time again, patiently trying to earn his trust and bring him to safety.

After weeks of determination, patience, and love, Brownie was finally caught. He is now safe, and for the first time in his life, he has the chance to experience what it means to be loved and cared for.

Now it’s Brownie’s turn.
