DETAILS: Chocolate is about one year old. He was rescued from a dump near his rescuer’s home, after a very difficult start to life.
Like many dogs from tough environments, he’s incredibly resilient but what really stands out is how smart he is. Honestly, he’s on another level… He has managed to jump over every fence built for him, until a proper barricade was finally needed. Because of this, Chocolate will need a home with a very secure garden.
He absolutely loves people and thrives on interaction. He’s affectionate, gentle, and just wants to feel safe and close to his humans.
He can be a little timid when meeting new people at first, but with a bit of time and patience, he warms up beautifully and shows his sweet nature.
Chocolate is still learning that the world is a safe place, so he’ll need someone willing to give him love, reassurance, and a bit of time to fully blossom.
And when he does… he’ll be an incredible companion.
