Cooper is a 6-year-old, big-hearted boy with so much love to give. He’s a real people dog who adores human company and will happily soak up all the fuss he can get. His favourite things include a good game of fetch in a secure, enclosed field and then curling up on the sofa for cuddles once playtime is over. Soft toys are fun… but don’t tend to survive very long!

Cooper enjoys his daily walks but he’s not high-energy at home and would much rather spend his time relaxing with his people. He would love to live with another dog, as he enjoys canine company and really thrives when he has a dog friend around.

Due to his love of chasing, Cooper wouldn’t be suitable for a home with cats or small furries.

Cooper currently lives with children and has always been gentle and loving. As he’s a large dog with a very enthusiastic waggy tail, a home with older children would be best.

Cooper would suit a home where someone is around for most of the day, such as a work-from-home household or a younger retired person. He’s strong on the lead and can need a bit of reassurance, so an experienced and patient home would be ideal to help him continue building confidence at his own pace.

Cooper is a truly special boy who will make a wonderful, loyal companion for the right home—especially one that can offer him time, understanding, cuddles, and a canine friend to share life with.
