We’ve been trying to help Jacky find a home since he was just 10 months old. He’s now almost 5 years old — an incredibly long time for any dog to spend behind shelter bars. During that time, he’s rarely been taken for walks or had the chance to feel grass beneath his feet. Surely it’s his time now to finally find the loving home he deserves.

Jacky is incredibly handsome, with a gentle soul that shines once he feels safe. He’s waited patiently for years, watching others come and go, never losing hope.

All he needs is someone to see him, choose him, and give him the simple joys he’s been missing — freedom, kindness, and a place to call home. He is good with other dogs. He can live with older children as due to his size he might accidentally knock smaller ones over.
