Otto
Can you offer Otto his new home?

NAME: Otto
DATE ADDED: 15/05/2026
AGE (when posted): 5-6 years old*
SEX: Male
BREED: Mixed Breed
DETAILS: Otto is about 5–6 years old and has been living in a shelter for the past two years.
Once, he had a home. He had his person, his safe place on the couch, and a life where he felt loved and truly needed. But when his owner passed away, no family member took him in… and Otto ended up in the shelter.
Since then, life has been difficult for him.
Otto is a small, compact boy with short little legs — but inside that tiny body beats the heart of a lion. He is brave, proud, intelligent, and full of personality.
Otto is not a dog who enjoys sharing his space, his food, or his human. Shelter life, surrounded by many other dogs, is very stressful for him, and tensions sometimes arise in the kennel. The truth is simple: Otto was never meant for shelter life.
He was meant to be someone’s one and only.
With people, Otto is completely different. He is affectionate, attentive, and deeply human-oriented. He walks beautifully on a lead, remains calm outside the shelter, and interacts well with other dogs during walks.
Otto would thrive in a calm home with no other pets, where he can finally relax and no longer feel he has to compete for love.
Please take a closer look at him.
Otto is waiting. Give him a home, and he will give you his brave little lion heart.
An adoption fee will be discussed at point of enquiry and will be dependent on dogs specific circumstances. A home check will apply.
